Timecounts is a complete software solution for volunteer organizations, powering 4,500+ organizations across 38 countries. Founded in 2012, it’s continuous growth without the apropiate technical practrices leaded to an accumulated technical debt and old technologies that needed to get updated.

We got into the project at the beginning of 2020 with the intention of transform that reality. Our challenge on Timecounts is to keep delivering features with business value while we modernize the software.
